BHOPAL: The state cyber cell charged on Tuesday that an online shady criminal from Delhi was behind a fake company page on Instagram (IG) to trick victims into double their investment by investing in Bitcoins in six days, according to the state cyber cell.The accused took advantage of the Covid-19 lockout by pretending to be the boss of the firm and contacting the victims.The accused lured a 22-year-old Bhopal-based MBA student and accused her of Rs 5.94 lakh.Police confiscated Rs 5 lakh in cash, an Android smartphone, and two SIM cards reportedly issued on forged documents.
